Thomas Noel Tougas, born February 17, 1955 to Richard and Lorna [Newgard] Tougas in Polson, Montana, passed away with his family by his side on February 25, 2012 in Phoenix, Arizona. Thomas worked as the General Manager for Heritage Moving Company, here in Mesa, for many years and was a dedicated, hard working man. Thomas was preceded in death by his brother Richard Wilbur Tougas and is survived by his parents Richard and Lorna; brothers Rob Tougas, Bill (Kimberly Backus) Tougas, and Gerald (Kimberly) Tougas; his sister Sharri Lynn (John) Beck; nieces Amy Beck, Samantha Tougas, Nichole Tougas, Natasha Tougas and Jessica Meyer and one nephew Luke Backus.
