He is survived by his loving wife, Billie Kay ; along with three children; Randall and Sorayda Hill of Gilbert Arizona; Sharon and Scott Weigand of Carmel Indiana; Melinda Soto of San Diego California; grandchildren, Aaron and Jessica Hill, Kaylyn Hill, Alissa Weigand and Kate Weigand; 1 great-grandchild, Noah; one sister, Claudine Smith of Glendale Arizona; and many other nieces, nephews, and relatives. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.
A visitation for Thomas will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206. A graveside service will occur Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Alpine Cemetery, County Road 35, Alpine, AZ 85920.
