He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 8, 1943. Thomas graduated from Norwood High School in 1961 and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1965. He was married to Rosemary Borin on November 20, 1965 in Sharonville, Ohio.
Thomas had a career in accounting for a number of companies, primarily with Ford Motor Company for over 20+ years. He was a member of the American Legion and had a passion for history, Ohio State football, and Cincinnati Reds baseball. Thomas served in the United States Army from October 1966 to November 1968 in Germany.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary Borin; daughter - Tammy Borin, son - Tom Borin (Lisa); grandchildren - Jacob Borin and Emma Borin; Siblings Jerry Borin (Lois), John Borin (Jan), deceased Bill Borin (Karen); and many other cousins, nephews, and nieces.
