Shannon Lee Mencer of San Tan Valley, AZ passed away on September 7, 2016 at the age of 29. She was born in Phoenix, AZ on February 12, 1987. Shannon was a hairdresser by profession and loved doing hair and nails, but what was most important to her was being a mom to her two children, Destiny and Jaxson; they were her life and she was always there to attend to their every need. A celebration of her life will from 9:00am – 11:00am, Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd, Mesa AZ.
