I’m the girlfriend that called and said, hey come on over and BBQ with us. And the rest was history. 

Today, July 22, 2021 is the first I’m hearing of Sean’s passing. I know he called me last winter at some point and was upset but didn’t go into detail. We told each other we loved each other and wished each other well. I was dealing with cancer and my daughters COVID; Sean-was dealing with life. 

I’m so sorry to hear he is gone. Maureen, I hope you are well. I’m still in Iowa and ok.

Sean and I met through mutual friends. Cliff was a taxi driver that befriended Sean. He talked him into coming to see Cliff sing. 
I was there to sing a few songs and was casually introduced. Then saying goodbye Cliff said to Sean “well you going to man up and ask her out?” He said would you like to go out on a date with me. I said yes and gave him my number. Two days later I get a call from Cliffs girlfriend, saying Sean was there BBQ’n did I want to come over. I did, we cooked together well and the rest is history.  It will be lonely cooking without you darling.
