Rose E. Drake

Rose was a strong confident women working in the Payroll field for over 40 years. She was a devoted loving mother, a good friend to many who enjoyed reading mystery books, traveling, and doing arts & crafts. She also was a great animal lover having many four legged companions throughout her life. She fulfilled her dream of living in Arizona moving to Tolleson in 2013 with her daughter.

Rose is survived by her daughter Eileen Pataky; granddaughters, Renee Siminksy and Diane Siminksy; great grandson, Liam Kaneshige; and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rosemarie Cooper; father, Carl Drake; mother, Florence Drake; and sister, Marian Essex.

A memorial service for Rose will be held on Saturday, May 17 at 10:00am at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona 85206. Inurnment will follow with her parents at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Rose’s name to the American Diabetes Association.
