Robert LeRoy Gammon, 90, of Mesa passed away on December 5, 2014. Bob was born on April 14, 1924 in Everett, Washington, the son of Jesse L. and Gertrude E. Gammon.
Bob joined the United States Navy in 1943. He had resided at Fellowship Square for the last two years.
Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret F. Gammon and daughter, Crystal. He is survived by his son, Michael Gammon (Linda); sister, Jeanne Gammon Hevett; two grandchildren; and close friends Dirk and Teresa Melton.
Private placement for Bob and Peggy will take place at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
