Robert James Fuchs of Mesa, AZ, passed away on May 27, 2016. He was born on November 30, 1943, in Kulm, North Dakota, with his twin sister, Betty, each of them 4 pounds. He was born to Albert and Emelia Fuchs. Robert received education through the 10th grade in Ellendale, North Dakota. He worked for and with his dad as a farmer, carpenter and masonry worker. Robert worked and lived in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and finally Arizona. He worked for Burlington Northern Railroad from 1972 to 1986, at which time his sisters, Joyce and Betty, moved him to Mesa because of his health problems. He worked at Developing Potential in the Chandler-Gilbert ARC for 17 years as a custodian. Robert is survived by twin sisters, Joyce Fuchs, AZ, and Jean Bettger, UT; his twin, Betty Fuchs, AZ, and sister Mary Griffin, TX. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. Robert belonged to the United Church of God.
