Rickie worked for me at General Instrument in Chandler, Arizona from 1981-1983. She was a wonderful trainer and was loved and respected by all of her colleagues. I am fortunate to have known her. 

Rickie's smile was contagious and she always tried to bring things over to the positive side.  She was such a loving person.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the Ross family.  Denis Summers, Bozeman MT

Rickie was my friend and colleague.   I can't begin to express my feelings towards her, as nothing seems adequate.  I can't count the many times I would say to myself, "What would Rickie do?"  Her kindness and inspiration to others, made her a gift, to all that she came in contact with.   She was my gift, and I am truly blessed having known this angel on earth.  As I continue to go through this journey of life, I will always ask myself, "What would Rickie do?" and I will have my answer.  My thoughts and prayers to Steve, Justin, Robert, and family.  (I would have been at the service, but I did not know)

Rickie was such a joyful, positive person.  Her love for God and others was contagious.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.  May you be comforted by our Heavenly Father and the precious memories of a most beautiful person.

What a wonderful woman and a great loss to those she has left behind. She was one of those rare, upbeat, sensible people who was there at precisely the moment her wisdom was needed. As a parent, I felt a great relief knowing she was at AJ High to help the students meander through the maze of high school. If a measure of success is how many lives you touch in a positive way, then Rickie Ross was one of the most successful people I have ever known. My prayers go out to her family.

I remember her always telling me to stay out of trouble all the time, good bless you and your family, you did so much for me and opened my eyes so many times! Thank you, may you rest in piece. I'll see if I can find a picture of where my year book was signed from you!!

She was an AMAZING teacher and had a heart of GOLD...!! She always helped me through my tough times in school and still to this day i have always said she was my favorite teacher in that school...!!! And i will never forget when i got to high school and i had already had my son and made it in all get power to keep me in that school and my son in that day care that they had for the high school because they did not want to let me stay in the school and keep my son in the day care cause he was already walking by 10 months and she spoke up for me and kept me and my son there and helped me graduate high school and to this day i THANK that very special WOMAN from the bottom of my heart...!! I LOVE YOU Miss Ross and will MISS YOU DEARLY :-) RIP

                   It was a pleasure to work with you for 13 of your 30 years in AJ. You were a great asset to the school system, and to your fellow workers. God received a great lady, and. I knew Rickie when we were both in our twenties and all of the loving comments that have been made here were true of her then. Holly and I got to know her and Steve again while we attended Mesa First years ago. Rickie truly will be missed. Our love and prayers go out to Steve and the family.

Rickie was an amazing person.  I had the privilege of meeting  and working with her while facilitating the 21 keys classes at Apache Junction Schools.  In that short amount of time, she made a great impact on my life.  I will always remember her amazing smile, positive and encouraging attitude, and her love for God and her family.  She is loved, and will be missed by many.

She will be greatly missed. She was a wonderful mentor over my years. She was there to comfort in victories and in losses. God took a good one home.

To Mrs. Ross: You were one of the reasons I had a great time at school. you could tell by your spirit you loved what you did. I've been around a lot of teachers since my dad had been involved with the school district my whole life. And you could always tell who was there to collect a pay check and who really cared. And I believed that you cared about everyone of us (her students). Thank you for caring as much as you did. I only hope my future children have a teacher or counselor that was half the educator you were. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Mrs. Ross taught when I was in jr. high. She is the one who made sure I could read at a high school level. She will be greatly missed she was a wonderful person and teacher.

She was  great women and good person.. I always remember her big smile when I came to Apache Jct. High School :D Rest in peace and god be with you and the family...

She was a light to all who knew her. I have seen her pray for students and for colleagues, praise God during good times and bad, and show the love of Christ in all she did. My prayers are with her family during this difficult time. What peace there is in knowing that she is resting safely in the shelter of the Most High. I am forever grateful to have known such virtuous woman of God.

Rickie, I am so happy that you made it home to Heaven. Though you are already missed, you are were you belong. You were truly the kindest most loving friend that we ever had. I know that I can say this without a doubt, you touched all our families hearts and we are better because you did. The Grissom family all loved you and we will miss you and your smile more than words can say. I will do all I can to help the man you loved get through the loss of his one true love. You often said that Steve and I spent more time with each other than we did with our wives. That may have been true, but his heart was always with you. Thanks for always loving and never judging me. Love you beautiful lady.

Words can not describe how much you made me feel important while I was around you. You were a friend and a great mentor for our children and I will miss you dearly. The times We had to me were very inspirational and enjoyable Thanks for the years of talks  I enjoyed everyone!! May your smile continue to light up this world!!

Rickie was the Perfect Mom.  Most of us can spend a lifetime trying to accomplish what seemed to be so easy for her.

Rickie Ross, There are no words to describe how much your friendship meant to me over the years. Watching your children grow up into fine young men with families of there own. You had such pride in your face when you spoke of them. Well lady, they had one awesome mom, teacher and friend to show them the way. Your love for Steve was evident to all who knew you. You loved life to the fullest, smiled everyday and whether you knew it or not touched countless lives. God got one of the best when he called you home. Your legacy will live on in those you taught throughout the years, those you loved and those who loved you. I loved you my friend. I am so glad you made it home safe.

Such good memories of time spent with Rickie Ross.  She always brought such joy to others and was such an encourager. What comfort to know that she's in heaven with her Lord where there is no more pain or suffering!  Looking forward to the day we meet again on the other shore!  Praying for you all.  May God's love surround you!

What wonderful memories of Rickie....her love for The Lord, her love for kids and others, and her love of life!  I can picture Jesus saying, "Well done, good and faithful servant!"  May God's great arms of comfort surround you and hold you close.

Rickie had the best smile that could not only light up any room that she was in but also made everyone feel valued by her.  She had a wonderful influence on countless students and the people who worked with her.  We were all fortunate to have known her.

Heaven is truly a richer place!  Rickie not only fought the fight and kept the faith, but she continued to encourage everyone around her in the process.  I am so thankful to have had her as my friend!

My heart goes out to Steve, Justin, Robert and extended family. Rickie was a true Christian friend and helped me in so many ways over the years. She was loved by all of us. Rest in peace, dear Rickie.

Rickie will be missed by people who knew her and loved her. I worked with Rickie several years and loved her beautiful smile and those eyes filled with the love of God. 

May the comfort of memories and the love of the Lord wrap up Rickie's family to give you peace.
