Richard Alton “Bud” Boucher passed away October 9, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona. Bud was born March 28, 1934 in Fremont, Ohio to Dorothy and Robert Boucher. He was a wonderful husband, and an amazing father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend to many. For most of his career, he was a machinist at Alcon in Akron, Ohio. The family then moved to Arizona in 1982 where he continued his career and eventually retired from Oberg Industries in 1999. In his retirement, he enjoyed boating, fishing, traveling from Arizona to Ohio as a snowbird and spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his son Victor (2009) and his brother Robert L. Boucher (Bob).He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Phyllis. Other survivors include his favorite daughter Lisa, sons Barry and Eric, and grandchildren Hannah, Sadie and Westin as well as his sister Nancy Risner/Bateman.
