Raymond S. Quintana

Raymond worked as a baker for Motorola for approximately 32 years. After retirement he worked for Fry’s Bakery for 15 years, where he was appreciated and treated well. He loved “drag racing”, mariachi music & John Wayne. In his early years he enjoyed fishing & hunting and chorizo burritos. The core of his heart belonged to his family. His life revolved around family functions. He was a gentle kind man, with wittiness & a great sense of humor. Although quiet & sincere, he always had something funny to say, when you least expected it. He had a heart of gold & an amazing soul. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. We Love you, “My Darling”, Dad, Tata, Tata “Monche”, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, Father in Law, Brother in Law, friend, and “angel”. Until we meet again.

Raymond is survived by: His spouse, Isabel Quintana; his three children: Rosalie Ramirez, Donna Quintana, & Ramon Quintana. His remaining siblings include: Mary, Olivia, Olga, Tony, Pete, and Joe. He as well leaves behind: 8 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren. As well as many other family & friends who were a big part of his life.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 7, 2014 from 6pm-8pm with a 7pm Rosary at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Rd., Mesa, AZ 85202. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 10:00am at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, at 141 N. McDonald Mesa, AZ 85201. Committal Services will follow the funeral at the Mesa Cemetery, at 1212 N Center St. Mesa, AZ 85201.
