Miriam Beck passed away peacefully at her home in Gilbert, Arizona on May 28, 2016, at the age of 90. Miriam was born in Pontiac, Michigan on August 5, 1925 to Isaac and Marie Roth. She married Sam Beck, the love of her life, on July 16, 1960 and was married for 53 wonderful years. Miriam is survived by her three children Robert (Sally) Beck of Gilbert, Carol Sennett of Flagstaff, Karen (Brian) Havey of Eagle, Idaho, brothers Joe Roth, Dan Roth and four stepchildren; Judy (Ron) Van Devender, Joyce (Bob) Wellman, Jerry (Annette) Beck, Jill (Ray) Burke along with 17 grandchildren. Miriam moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1971 where she and Sam raised their three children. She was a homemaker and owner of Beck Stamp Auctions, which she and Sam ran for over 50 years. In her spare time Miriam loved volunteering, she volunteered at Mesa Lutheran Hospital in the emergency room for over 25 years. She also loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and was loved by all who came in contact with her. Funeral services will be held on June 11, 2016.
