Mary "Betty" Kubek DeNorcy

Mary “Betty” Kubek DeNorcy, born September 10, 1932, crossed over to join her husband Edward DeNorcy, Sr., in heaven on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. Her daughters, Danita Fanning (married to Brian Fanning) and Patricia Bustamante (married to Manny Bustamante) were by her side when she passed peacefully. Her sons, Edward “Buster” DeNorcy, Jr. with his wife Cindy, of Central City PA, and Stephen DeNorcy of Mesa, AZ have joined their sisters in Arizona for Mary’s memorial service. Her grandchildren, Darcel DeNorcy Fahy, Zachary Fanning, Natalie Bustamante and Kristy Bustamante Yablon will miss their “Grammy Betty” who always had a smile and a hug for them. Great-grandsons Michael Bailey Alvarado and Triston Alvarado were pure enjoyment for “Grammy Betty”. Mary always made an extra effort to stay in touch with her nieces and nephews all over the country, who have many fond memories of their “Aunt Betty”. The quilts she created for her family and friends number in the hundreds and are treasured by all.

Her memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, April 11, 2016, at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Road, Mesa AZ 85202. A Celebration of Life will also be held for Mary in Central City, PA at a future date. Information regarding this future event will be published on www.lakeshoremort.com when finalized.
