Aunt Margie was an incredibly fond figure of my childhood, and her kindness and patience were an excellent influence.  I remember the stacks of various pastel-hued Fiestaware plates filling the kitchen cabinets, and apparently modeled that trait, too, having collected it for years now.  She will be missed; thank you, Laura and Val, for sharing her with me. 

Marge is my cousin on my fathers side. I have fond memories from my childhood when I would stay for a week every summer. She had the most beautiful dollhouse that I played with. It had electric lights and was fully furnished. I have the brass pots and pans plus candlesticks which I treasure. Her mother, my Aunt Olga was the best baker. We lost touch for many years but started corresponding in the past couple of years. I will remember her with fondness. Plan on staying in touch with her caring daughters. Fifteen years separated us but in our old age it seemed less. 

Margie was my friend for over fifty years.     We were family, friends and confidantes.    We shared so many laughs and so many tears.   I
have so many wonderful memories and appreciation of the time we
spent together.  

She was like a warm security blanket for me with her smile and positive encouragement and her concern for my well being.   She did not age and I always asked her for her secret.    I selfishly thought she would be with us much longer.

We will miss you Margie, but I know you are smiling down on us with
love.




So sorry for your loss. 
Your Mom was always a joy to be around.
We had so much fun when we would spend a day baking cookies at Christmas time and the times we went shopping and out to lunch.
I'm glad you had the time to spend the last few years of her life together. I'm sure she enjoyed your company and help.
She will be missed.
