I was so gald to get to know Lorraine as part of the Word Travelers, and loved to hear her input and perspective on the books. She was a treasure to us all. Condolences and love to Trina and family!

Our condolences to Grandma Jones' family. We never got to meet her, but through Facebook and Cody's stories, we knew she was a very special lady and greatly loved.

What comes to mind when I think of Lorraine-- many, many things --  rings, beautiful bright, sparkling rings.  She loved them for herself and they were often surprise presents for others.  She and I shared recipes but hers were always the best. And the pies, delicious pies, everyone got their favorite during the holidays.  She even shared the Lemon Cream Pie recipe with me, no doubt she shared your favorite with you!  And what about that handwriting! The tiny-est I have ever seen!! and absolutely perfect. I could go on and on-- she was my true friend--it's nice to have an in with the angels.

We were honored to have Lorraine as our neighbor and friend.  She was a wonderful women: full of energy and spirit.  We will miss her.  Our prayers are with the family.  Love to you all.

Lorraine was a kind, intelligent and generous Lady who I was privileged to know all to briefly.  She was devoted to her family and friends. Her passing will leave a void which can not be filled.

Lorraine was such a special friend.  I miss her every day, as I am sure her loving family does as well.  She was smart, witty, funny, loyal and a wonderful person.  I wish to send my most sincere condolences to her family.  I loved her too!

I met Lorraine just one week before her stroke. I was immediately taken with her energy and youthfulness! Driving a  sporty car, enjoying wine...I just kept thinking I hope I live as fully as her! My heart and prayers are with the entire family.

I'm gonna miss the everyday phone calls just to see how things are in my side oftown, the women I could call if I was just wanting to vent, one of my deepest and closet friends.....she was one of my biggest fans helped mold me into the women, mother and wife I have become!!! We have some good memories.....she wasn't just my grandmother, she was my best friend, my mentor and even though we had our bad times I knew she was always there to talk too.....Now it will be me doing most of the talking. My kiddos; Alyssa, Jami, Zackery, Joseph and I now have another angel up there watching over us!...My kiddos loved her very much and will miss her, but I'll make darn sure they never forget her.....We love you Gramz Lorraine M. Jones, rest in peace 9/6/22 to 3/6/13......You will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten!!!!!!

You have been someone that I have always looked up to since I was 13 yrs old. Someone who I always called grandma and looked to you as another grandma in my life.  I love you so very much and will miss you terribly. You were an amazing woman. So wise and smart. I pray that you are up the there in heaven smiling down on your family. Being their guardian angel.
