Kim A Matheson

Kim A Matheson of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on November 11, 2015 at the age of 48. He was born in Cedar City, Utah July 27, 1967 to Neal and JoAnn [Blake] Matheson. Kim graduated from Mesa High School in 1985. He loved cars, especially the classics from the 50’s and 60’s; he also enjoyed racing, diving,swimming, traveling and hiking. He worked as an automotive technician for Darner Chrysler, GM Desert Proving Ground and for more than 14 years with Coulter Automotive in Tempe, Arizona. Kim is survived by his loving wife, Julie Matheson, who he married in 2012; He is also survived by his parents, Neal and JoAnn Matheson; his son Jacob Tyler Matheson; brothers Kevan (Donna) Matheson and Blake (Delanie)Matheson and his sisters Verla (Rusty) May and JoNeal (Mike) LeBlanc, stepsons Cody and Kyle as well as numerous friends. A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00pm on Friday, November 20, 2015 with a funeral service at 10:00am, Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E.
