Jordan Sean Rice was sent back to be with our Heavenly Father on April 22, 2011. Born to Allison Rice in Salt Lake City, Utah, Jordan arrived on June 12, 1990. He was lovingly raised and survived by his parents, Allison and Tim Rice.
Jordans nick name was skater boy, and could often be found skating on anything he could find. He loved his job at the Thirsty Cactus in Queen Creek, and they loved him.
Survivors include Timothy Sean Rice (father)and Allison Rice (mother), Queen Creek, Arizona, Annette K. Denk, (sister) and Matthew David Denk (brother in law, Mesa, Arizona, Ashlee Lynette Rice (sister) Queen Creek, Arizona, Tyson Rice, (brother) Queen Creek, Arizona, Riley Walker Rice (brother) Queen Creek, Arizona, Morgan HOPE Rice, Queen Creek, Arizona. James R. and Patricia A. Walker of Taylorsville, Utah (grandparents), Nephews, Dylan Matthew Denk, Devin Arthur Denk, Tristin James Denk, and Jordan Sean Rice and niece, Kyla Danielle Denk.
He had a very special relationship with his brothers and sisters, and always told us everyday he loved us and gave us special hugs. We are thankful for our time with Jordan and we are so proud of him.
Our Heavenly Father has given us a blessing. On the day He called Jordan home, we were given a little bit of Heaven, as we welcomed Jordan Sean Rice into the world. While Jordan never got to hold his nephew, he watches over him and all of us, as our guardian angel.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care 400 South Power Road Mesa, Arizona 85206 (480)830-4422. Jordan will be laid to rest on Friday, May 20, 2011 also at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a fund in Jordan's name at any Wells Fargo location.
