John William Woerner, 102, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away August 29, 2016. He was born on October 23, 1913 in Norwood, Ohio. John married Ella L. (Radcliff) Woerner on May 21, 2002. He worked for the US Dept. of Agriculture as a milk market analyst. John achieved Colonel in the US Army Reserve. John enjoyed working with Church Ministries assisting homeless and retired military organizations. John is survived by his wife, Ella Woerner; children, Jonathan Jay Woerner, Bruce William, and Laura Lynn; his grandchildren, Bryon Nathan, and Jane Ellen; great-grandchildren, Ella Grace, Gabriel William and Emerson Marie.
