Jeff was born in San Francisco to Ted and Flora Young. He grew up in Indio, CA and attended Coachella Valley. After high school, he attended San Diego State University and obtained his degree in accounting and became a CPA in 1969. Jeff enlisted in the US Navy and served in Vietnam after college. After fulfilling his military career, he worked for Price Waterhouse as a Senior Auditor for 5 years, and spent most of his time working for PRC as a CFO for 20+ years. Jeff retired early and enjoyed playing golf.
Jeff leaves his special memories to his wife, Rae Young, his sons, Sean and Bryant and his grandchildren, Sebastian, David, and Timothy.
His final resting place will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
