Ida Marie Manzi

Born May 20, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY passed peacefully on December 23, 2020. Known to most of us as Edith, and the loving wife of Sam. Edith was a proud mother, loving grandmother and playful great-grandmother.

She spent most of her life as a New Yorker where she worked as a bookkeeper for several companies during her career. She mostly enjoyed NY Theatre, cuisine and exploring new places through her travels with Sam, family and friends.

Edith and Sam (deceased April 2019) moved to Arizona in 2014 where she learned to enjoy playing cards, bingo and being creative with crafts. She made many friends in her Brookdale community and was very involved socially. She will be missed by all who knew her.

At this time the family is not planning any services. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting contributions to be shared by the staff who cared for her at her residence.
