To Joyce's Family

How sorry I was when I learned of Joyce's passing and I'm so sorry I didn't spend more time with her.
What a very special and beautiful Christian woman she was, and the little time I did spend with her was meaningful to me.  In some ways she reminded me of my own Mother and that meant so much to me.  Joyce was just so sweet.
I know she loved her family so very much and I could see how much she meant to all of you as well.
You have beautiful memories to cherish of your Mother/Grandmother/Great Grandmother.
She will always be in your hearts.

Every moment I spent with her is cherished.  Joyce was a beautiful person inside and out and she always brought a smile to my face.  I loved hearing the stories about her family.  How she met and married Pete, how her mother had won a new washing machine, how Pete lost his leg.  I loved them all.  Particularly sweet to me was the time I went to hug her good bye.  She was sitting on the edge of her bed.  I had leaned over to give her a hug.  She put her arms around me and said, "Stay here".  And then, she prayed for me.  Right there, she thanked God for me and my friendship. When I left I cried.  It's not often when you actually hear someone else's prayers thanking God for you the way she did. Joyce was and still is a blessing in my life and she will always be dear to my heart.

A love story that reached it's final chapter, success measured buy the love shared.Grandparents together for ever in life are back together for eternity may your love go on,rest in peace, you will be remembered forever!

The funeral service in Arizona was a blessing to our family. 
 
God was glorified.  
Mom was honored.
We were blessed.

I am looking forward to sharing remembrances with others at the memorial service in Colorado as well.

It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

 I remember how tough I thought Auntie Joyce was on Vicki and myself growing up.She was giving us Guidence.....Lessons.....
Not really understanding this until I became a mother.
.I felt the Love and Pride ,she had in me, as she gave me that special  Smile, and Wonderful Hug..
She gave so much to so many. 
God blessed and rewarded her on Earth****  and I'm sure has an Amazing reward for her in Heaven****

Thank you so much for the wonderful gift of your love. You have shared the most loving family I have ever known. If it wasn't for you I would have never known  the joy and love that your family surrounds me with. Thank you Grandma. My heart hurts now that you are gone but I smile knowing that now you will be the one kissing the top of my head.

Emma Joye was such an angel, always taking care of everyone with a smile on her face.  We will always remember her for her warmth and love.  Thinking of you all at this time of loss.
