Deborah Lynn Webb, of Mesa, AZ passed away April 28, 2020 at the age of 64. She was born March 16, 1956 in Buckeye, AZ to Fernando and Stella [Fisher] Carrera. Deborah, the belle of the ball, loved hosting parties for for her friends and family. She redesigned her backyard into a paradise for parties. Deborah married James Webb, on September 3, 2003 and the two enjoyed every minute of their 17 years together. She is survived by her beloved husband, James H. Webb; her parents, Fernando and Stella Carrera; her sisters, Cathy Shea and Monica Wilburn; her brother, C. Stephen Carrera; her step-children Jimmy and Theresa, 5 grandsons and multiple nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life ceremony for Deb Webb will be held on Saturday, 13th of June, 1:00pm in the Chapel of Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park at 400 S. Power Rd., Mesa AZ, 86206.
