David O. “Doc” Coulter of Mesa, Arizona, born April 7, 1944 in Columbus, Indiana, passed away on September 7, 2015 at the age of 71. David served the U.S. Navy for 21 years, retiring in 1991. During his service he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service medal and Vietnam Campaign medal as well as three Good Conduct awards. He is survived by his loving wife Eunice Coulter; daughters Lynette (Bruce) Smith and Sheena Hadley; sons Edward and David Coulter; sisters Rita, Kay, Nicki-Jo, Janice and Maxine and his granddaughter Desirae Smith. A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ.
