Brieann Lyn Gaylord

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Brieann Lyn Gaylord. Brieann was born June 26, 1989, in Paradise Valley, AZ. She passed away on January 8, 2023, in Gilbert, AZ. Brieann lived an adventurous life while residing in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Oregon.

She attended NAU in Flagstaff, AZ. She graduated a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society with a BS in Marketing. During her career in Marketing, she worked for various industries including aerospace, manufacturing, and media. Brieann managed social media presence, websites, print media, and marketing events.

Brieann is probably best known for her love for animal rescue. She primarily worked with rescue organizations for dogs, but all animals were eligible for her boundless love and support. She rescued, rehabilitated, and fostered hundreds of animals over the last 15 years. One-hundred twenty dogs were cared for in her senior year at NAU alone, truly loving each one.

Brieann is survived by Kathleen and Stephen (Parents), Daniel (Brother), Martin (Uncle), Maggie and Anthony (Aunt and Uncle) and Marissa, her favorite cousin. As well as Saro Bedrossian, her Prince.

Memorial services will be held January 25, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1730 W Guadalupe Rd, Mesa AZ. A social gathering will follow. Family is requesting that those who wish to attend the Memorial wear celebration colors as Brieann loved “fun” colors.
