Austin Taylor Stratton

Austin Taylor Stratton was a caring son, brother, husband and friend. He left this world suddenly on Friday, September 2, 2022 at the young age of 28. He passed away in a tragic vehicle accident. Austin was born to Jennifer Richardson & Justin Brothers on Saturday, August 27, 1994 in San Bernardino, California. He rushed into this world three months early with his twin sister and fought for his life as an infant. He is survived by his parents Jennifer and Brandon Richardson, wife Macy, his twin sister Cassandra, sister Brianna, brother Dylan, sister Erica and grandmother Carol. He is pre-deceased by his grandfather, Jack.

After leaving California to move to Arizona, he finished high school where he met his wife Macy. They later married in Carrollton, Texas on April 23, 2017. Together they had 4 dogs: Cooper, Sadie, Hunter and Lillie. Austin had great joy working side-by-side with his wife building their homestead and lovingly taking care of their animals.

He enjoyed camping, scenic views, trail rides and loved to create things. He developed a wide variety of skills involving construction, mechanics, remodeling and operating heavy machinery. He often took on projects and saw them through no matter what challenges he faced. Any time he was presented with an opportunity he embraced it to the fullest and learned and improved. Such an amazing listener, Austin was so generous of his time for others and was patient & skilled at teaching others what he knew.

He will be remembered for his contagious laughter, and his love of animals and nature. He was known for being adventurous, devoted, genuine, honest, loyal and easy-going. His caring ways were especially seen in his childlike joy.

Austin will be deeply missed by his family, wife, friends, pets and all those that knew him.
