FLANIGAN, Robert F., age 84, of Merritt Island, FL, formerly of Rochester, MI, November 3, 2012; Bob was retired from Detroit Edison as a journeyman lineman; member of the Merritt Island Moose Lodge #2073; the Cocoa Beach Sail & Power Squadron; life member of Rochester Volunteer Fire Department & the Rochester-North Oakland, MI, B.P.O.E. #2225; U.S. Army veteran of Korean War. Loving husband of Marilyn; loving dad of Patrick (Joanne) and Michel (Paula) Flanigan, both of MI; brother of Jean Fitzthomas, John (Connie) Flanigan; preceded in death by siblings William Flanigan, Joanne Bearss and Larry Flanigan; also survived by many other family members. Memorial service Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. David’s by the Sea Episcopal Church, 600 4th Street South, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.
