Richard worked for RCA and CSR for 27 years until he retired in 2006. He enjoyed traveling in their motor home, fishing, reading, camping, and gambling while on trips.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents: Loren M. and Evelyn Bucy Noyes; and siblings: John Noyes and Mary Catherine Noyes. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Penny Lee Noyes; son, Lee Michael Noyes; daughter, Danielle Beth Noyes; sisters: Nancy Meister and Margaret Noyes; and granddaughter, Hayleigh Michelle Noyes.
