Marilyn Carroll Galli, a retired librarian, passed away on April 4, 2017. She was born in Hartford, CT, on May 19th, 1928, the second child of Gladys and Joseph Carroll. After a long career in New York, she and her husband Jack retired to Florida. She was an active volunteer and hobbiest.
Marilyn was predeceased by her husband John Galli, her parents and a nephew Geoffrey Carroll. She is survived by her sister Aileen Mueller (Jack) of Cocoa Beach, brother Joseph Carroll (Mary) of Savannah, GA, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
There will be a viewing at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, 1360 N Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, from 7 to 9 pm Tuesday, April 11 and a funeral Mass at 11 am Wednesday, April 12 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 1940 N Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL, with a reception to follow at Wylie-Baxley.
