Jesse loved to go mudding and hanging out in the woods. He enjoyed surfing and being in the water. He liked to draw and practiced tattooing. He was a member of the American Legion Post 348 in Cape Canaveral, FL.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Debbie and Bub Donna and his father, Robert Franklin; grandmother, Jackie; brothers: Joey, Skyler, Robert, and Jason; sister, Savannah; Aunts: Treasea and Jodi; Uncle Tony and Aunt Kathy; God son, who he loved like his own, Jadence Lector; close friend Cody Meehan and many extended family members.
A celebration of Jesse’s life will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 2PM at the American Legion Post 348 in Cape Canaveral, FL.
