On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, James J Fletcher, loving father, grandfather, and friend passed away at the age of 82, in Cocoa Beach, FL. Jim was born on December 11, 1938 in Washburn, MO to Howard Taft Fletcher and Zola Elizabeth Cline Fletcher.
Jim loved life and people. He was rarely seen without a scotch, fishing pole, hunting rifle, or spit cup in his hand. Jim would tell you he never worked a day in his life, but was faithfully employed by ISCO Industries in Louisville, KY for 35 years, where he "never took one day of vacation" and was an inaugural member of their Hall of Fame. He retired to Cocoa Beach, FL in 2015.
Jim leaves behind two children, Bryan and his wife Kelli of Orlando, Susan and her husband Matthew of Saint Johns; four grandchildren, Cole, Cameron, Ashley, and Ella; one brother, Gerald Fletcher; five nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
