Carolyn Wolfe Spalding

Born in Jacksonville, Fl, Carolyn came to Brevard County in 1967 and worked as a Dental Hygienist. She was a proud member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church. Carolyn was an avid reader and, in her later years, needlepoint and macramé had become some of her favorite past-times. She was somewhat of a Corvette enthusiast and could be found riding around with the top down, enjoying the wind in her hair. Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her family for her “tough as nails’ spirit and her zest for life.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Richard M. Spalding, Sr.; sons, Richard M. Spalding, Jr., Paul W. Spalding, and Thomas E. Spalding. Carolyn also leaves behind seven grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 1940 N Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carolyn’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
