Hello Nicole, It seems that you must be extremely busy.  Today is last day that your guest book will be open, so I may lose contact with you altogether after today. Hello Nicole,  I was just remembering the letters that we received from your Mom over the years.  They were always a pleasure to receive and read.  She always wrote such meaningful letters. Dear Nicole & Med,  I just got the news today (Jan 28) of your Mother's passing.  It came in our mail with our Christmas card being returned, that we had sent to your Mom, with a note on it stating return to us and deceased Nov 2.  A real shocker!  Your Dad had been a childhood friend of my Husband's (Jack) in Nelson.  I met your parents for the first time in our home in Nelson in the Summer of 1965.  You, Nicole, were just eight months old at the time.  You looked very much like your Dad.  A real sweetie.  Following that Denise & I became pen pals mostly at Christmas from that time forward.  Last time we saw your Dad was in the mid-80's in our home in Campbell River.  I was hoping to visit with your Mom while she was in Merritt after your Dad died, however ill health has/had hit us in the past two years so that wasn't possible.  Unfortunately she has now passed on.  I enjoyed viewing the photos of Denise & family.  May God give you two the strength and courage to get you through this difficult period of time in your lives. Dear Nicole and Med - I just learned today (19th) of your Mom's sudden passing.  She was a most precious friend to me having shared so many fun activities with her and your dad.  In her last email to me one of her statements was "Thank God I'm in His hands".  I will miss her terribly, but Rest in Peace, my beloved friend.

We only got to know Denise & Med in Merritt but really were very special and admired Denise for all she went through and the love she had for her family I know that her sister Dolores  Did her best to care for her what love she did for her sister May God Bless all her family

Dear family and friends of my mother Denise, there are no amount of words to express her sudden passing.  Her love for each of us she left behind causes a deep tearing in our hearts as we miss her.  With that gash, it is only an opening a reminder to intentionally love others with tenderness as there are so many walking wounded.  Love heals every wound, words of kindness is the soothing balm.  I will miss you my beautiful mother, but like my Dad.  You are only out of town.  I will see you both again.

I was looking forward to taking Nicole to see her mom in Merritt.  I wanted to see her smile, and give her a huge hug.  The memories of her, being the beautiful lady that lived across the street from Port Mann School.  She always had a smile, and you could feel the love in her heart.  Rest in Peace Mrs. Majors.   I will never forget you.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. She and I were cousins . I am her Aunt Eva's daughter, patricia, we knew each other well when we all lived in Ste. Genevieve. We lost touch when her family moved to BC. Later on when I moved here also we saw each other more frequently at family gatherings at Tante Cecils.. Nicole you may remember my daughter Kim.

Denise will be missed by so many in sure .I remember meeting her when I was a young boy.I thought she was a movie star!! So naturally beautiful and confident while being so down to earth at the same time. My Mom ( Elsie) who loved her as a new best friend after getting to know her better after church one day .... looked for any excuse to visit with her ... you just couldn't help wanting to be around her !! A truly beautiful person in and out !! I will always think of her as the Movie star forever in my mind. Peace to Nicole and Mederic ... and RIP Denise xo

We will miss Auntie Denise and will always remember her with warmth and love. We are thinking of her family and friends today and are so thankful for this lovely tribute to her. It was so wonderful to go thru the slide show.

I knew Denise for all of the three years she and Med spent at our Crossroads church, the 50+ group, our McDonalds coffee gang, phone calls and visits out to her place..A lovely person inside and out..such a special lady and very much in love with her Jesus..I will miss her very much..

I will miss my beautiful cousin Denise. She was so resourceful, hardworking and kind. Many of my memories growing up include her at family gatherings. Her sudden departure is shocking and sad. My love and condolences go out to her family and friends. She now joins the great card party in heaven.

Our thoughts and prayers go to Denise's family. We were all very surprised to hear of Denise's sudden passing . Her friendly smile and happy laugh will be greatly missed.
Denise was a big part of Bob's work life at the Chevron Cardlock in Abbotsford,  she kept the business running in tip top shape and put her whole heart into it. Denise was always very positive and in all her difficult times she always just put one foot in front of the other and continued on with life. She was a very hardworking lady. All who knew her loved her, she just had that kind of soul you could not help but love. We will all miss her very much. Rest in peace my friend.
