Pauline Faye Hickman was born on October 10, 1942 in Merced, California to Jack and Lovongia Slaton. Pauline passed way on September 7, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center at the age of 68.
She was employed by the Merced City School district for 23 years, rising to the position of Cafeteria Manager.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Hickman.
She is survived by her sons Anthony Allen of Sacramento, Ronald Dean Allen, and Arnold Allen of California and Derrick Allen of France; her brother Jack Slaton Jr. and her sisters Rosetta Henegan, Jackie and Hilda.
A visitation will be held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home on September 12, 2010 at 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held by Stratford Evan Merced Funeral Home on Monday, September 13 at 10 a.m. followed by burial at Merced District Cemetery.
