Mrs. Norma Jan Hail lovingly known as “Jan”, age 77, of Merced, California passed away on Saturday February 10, 2018. Norma was born January 31, 1941 in Burgaw, North Carolina. Norma is survived by; her Sister Mary Lou Washington: her Sons Steven Hail; Bryan Hail; and Daughter Lisa Gilbert (Hail) along with her granddaughter Melissa Gilbert, Jessica Gilbert and Caitlyn Hail. Norma was preceded in death by her loving Husband Dennis Hail; Brother John Stevens. A memorial service for Jan will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Central Presbyterian, located at 1920 Canal Street. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jan’s memory may be made to the local SPCA of your choice; and or Local Non Kill Shelter of your choice.
