Nora was a Bilingual Executive Secretary in Guatemala and a National Certified Medical Interpreter here in the U.S.
Nora is survived by her loving husband Dean Robert Waggoner from Atwater, California; her children Jose Ruben Lopez of Merced, California and Juan Pablo Lopez of Pleasant Hill, California; her father Jose Luis Arriaza of Contepeque, Guatemala and her sister Magda Patricia Arriaza of Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Nora is preceded in death by her mother Merceded Elizabeth Arriaza and sister Sylvia Marie Arriaza.
