Luis Francisco Martinez

Luis was an enthusiast for music and had the fond of composing his own. As a gifted and passionate chef with 15 years of experience he showcased exceptional cooking skills. Luis expressed himself in art and jewelry making. He shared creativity with all who knew him. He was an active member of the Saint Patrick’s youth group. Throughout his life, he was a very loving father, a friend to all and never knew a stranger. A kind and generous soul, Luis will be remembered for his loving heart towards others touching countless lives with his compassionate spirit.

He is survived by his wife; Yadira Hernandez; daughter, Alejandra Hernandez; parents, Francisco Martinez and Lettie Marrufo and brother, Eduardo Luis Martinez. Luis also left many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends behind that he cherished.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Severino and Golly Marrufo, and his aunt Olga Marrufo.

A visitation service for Luis will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 10:30 am at St Patrick's Catholic Church.

Following the visitation service will be a Rosary and Mass Service at 11:30 to 12:00 pm.

The family would like to invite you to attend lunch with them to celebrate Luis’s life at the Stratford Evan’s reception hall.
