Josh was a beloved son and father. Survived by his parents Thom and Valerie Dugan, six year old son Jordan Dugan, and wife Tonya Dugan. He was a 1999 graduate of Mariposa High School. Josh was an accomplished firefighter in U.S. Department of Forestry. He liked fishing, camping, spending time with his son and family. Josh held various degrees in firefighting equipment.
