Josephine G. Hernandez, age 89, of Merced, California passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Josephine was born May 21, 1933 in Austin, Texas.

A visitation for Josephine will be held Monday, August 8, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, Merced, California. A rosary will occur Monday, August 8, 2022, Merced, California. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Santa Maria Goretta Catholic Church, San Jose, California. A graveside service following will occur Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Oakhill Cemetery, San Jose, California.
