Jacob spent some of his childhood in Merced and the majority of his adolescence in Livingston, where he played as a linebacker for the High School football team. Jacob loved his family, playing bass guitar, writing songs and watching football games. He also enjoyed cooking and preparing meals with his family. Jacob was such a hard worker, he held his first job at 16 with Mcdonalds. In 2013 Jacob received Christ through baptism, from the Church of the King, located in Livingston, Ca. This loss is unimageable and Jacob will be greatly missed. The love that he had for his nieces and nephews was tremendous, while the bond he carried with his brothers will be forever.
Jacob is preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Apodaca Sr. and aunt Irene Lopez. He is survived by both parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and countless cousins and extended family members.
Please join us in laying Jacob to rest, Thursday, November 3rd, 2022 from 3pm-7pm at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home. Services will be Friday November 4th, 2022 at Stratford Evans starting at 11am. Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, followed by a Life Celebration.
