Gregory Anthony Soto, age 74, of Planada, California passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Gregory was born July 6, 1946. Gregory was a fig farmer and belonged to the Le Grand Lions Club. Greg had three passions in his life; family, farming and hunting. Some of his greatest times were time spent on hunting. Especially with his grandkids who he loved to share his knowledge with. He took great pride in farming and the quality of his figs. One of his proudest moments was when his figs were rated as best in the United States in 2004.
Gregory is survived by his wife, Irene Soto; his children, Melissa Avila (Albert), Christina Zamora (Mark) and Amanda Soto; his grandchildren, Andrew, Gabrielle, Adrian, Christian and Anabella.
Gregory is preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio and Ida Soto.
