Gloria Orozco Acevedo

Ms Gloria Orozco (Campos) Acevedo was born on March 30, 1941 (81 yrs old) in Firebaugh, California. She was a resident of Atwater, California for more than 13 years. Gloria passed away on October 23, 2022 of natural causes in her home. Gloria previously lived in Planada, California for nearly twenty years.

She worked as a bilingual teacher's aide-special ed, forklift driver, bartender, waitress and cannery worker. Gloria was a recording secretary for Club Morelos and was also in a Women's Softball League. Gloria is survived by her Children Armando Campos Jr., Christine Eastman, Corina G. Campos-Lampkin, Fernando Campos, Robert Campos; Brother Refujo Cruz Rivera; Sisters Josephine Acevedo, Isabel Reyna, Mary Lou Acevedo, Sophia Lozano, Anita, Erlinda Vasquez; Grandchildren Leetiecha Chavela Martinson, Rosalind Eva Cervantes, Danielle Celia Scott, Daleena Marie Scott, Jané Ariana Campos, Armando Campos III, Jessica Campos, Christine Aleese Campos, Amanda Campos, Adam Campos, Alisa Campos, Robert Roy Campos; Great Grandchildren Davion Graham, Ashayla Martinson, Arriana Martinson, Nicolaus Julian Cervantes, Isabella Guadalupe Cervantes, Samuel Genaro Cervantes, Ronan James Burton, Jazzlyn Parham, Jayrya Butler, Laila Scott, Abigail May Campos. She is preceded in death by her Mother Isabel Orozco; Father Lorenzo Acevedo; Brothers Lorenzo Jr. and Felipe; Sister Virginia, Eva and Dolores; Husband Armando Campos Sr.

Services will be held at the Apostolic Tabernacle , located at 2745 CA-140, Merced CA, on November 19, 2022 starting with a viewing at 10:00 am, and services will be held at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
