Carmen S. Garza

Carmen was a quality control supervisor at Atwater Canning. She also was self-employed, she owned Garza Tire Shop and Grandma Garza’s Daycare. Carmen was a member of the Church in Merced.

The family would like to thank the physicians and Davita North Merced for the care given to their mother.

Carmen is preceded in death by her parents, Atanacio Saldaña Martinez and Ma Del Carmen Angulo Sanchez and sisters, Trinidad and Alicia.

She is survived by her children, Carmen and Bobby Sanchez, Astolfo and Angelica Garza, Everardo and Josephine Garza and Eleazar and Bianca Garza. She also leaves behind her brothers, Jesus, Roberto, Atanacio, Natividad, Juan and Martin. As well as her sisters, Margarita and Rosario and her many grandchildren, Raymond, Astolfo, Brianna, Robby, Noah, Reina, Everardo, Zion, Alahna, Lucas, Arieana, Lileana, Yasmine, Gabriel, Anastacio, Eleazar Jr., Crystalina, Belen and Mila.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with funeral services starting at 11:00 a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home located at 1490 B Street Merced, California 95341 with interment to follow at Merced District Cemetery located at 1300 B Street Merced, California 95341.Arrangements under the direction of Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, Merced, CA.
