Antonio was a production assistant at American Modular System. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Parish in Merced, California.
He is survived by his children Maria Mora, Arnold Lua, Alfonso Lua, Marco Antonio Lua and Roberto Lua; brothers Jose Lua and Salvador Lua; sisters Maria Elena Lua, Rosa Lua and Juanita Lua; fifteen grandchildren Yarita, Yatzary, Yalizbette, Lizette, Alfonso, Jasmin, Martha, Erica, Rachel, Roberto Jr. I, Marilyn, Alejandro, Kristal and Adrian; twenty one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Antonio is preceded in death by his wife Ofelia Lua; daughter Martha Alicia; his parents Antonio and Elvira Lua; siblings Ignacio Lua, Nepomuceno Lua, Rafael Lua and Alicia Lua.
A visitation will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with rosary taking place at 7:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street, Merced, CA 95341
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church located at, 671 E Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA 95340.
Interment will follow the funeral mass at Calvary Cemetery located at, 260 W Childs Ave, Merced, CA 95341.
