Otto is survived by his wife, Diane Leyendecker; his son Otto Leyendecker, III; his son Zachary Leyendecker (Kimberly Beth) Leyendecker; his daughter Natalie Nicole Leyendecker (Dillon Paul) McKenzie; and his son Nathaniel Leyendecker; his granddaughter Aria Jade Leyendecker.
