Janet was born in Colorado to Francis and Leo. Janet was one of five children.
Janet and Richard met in El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera, California and drifted apart but reunited in the 1970's. Janet and Richard got married on February 14, 1976. Janet and Richard enjoyed their time together traveling, socializing, and visiting long time friends and family.
Janet enjoyed knitting, watching TV with Richard, and other activities.
Janet leaves behind, her loving husband of 48 years, Richard Puga, her daughter, Janis Butler, her sister, Janice Rothenberger.
A visitation for Janet will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 starting at 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM . A funeral service, a committal service and a reception to follow Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Miller Jones Menifee Memorial Park & Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Menifee, CA 92585.
