Charles is survived by his wife, Alma Lidia Cooper.

A committal service for Charles will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
