What a wonderful tribute to a woman we regrettably have not had the opportunity to meet, but whose love of life and caring spirit are certainly reflected in the marvelous collection of photos depicting her brief life's journey.

But without question, as friends of her daughter Patti's, we can be assured that that same faith, thoughtfulness and caring, loving spirit will continue to thrive and shine through her daughter to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

 Thank you all for your beautiful entries about my mom. They are much appreciated to hear about how special mom was in your lives too. She was an amazing person!

My deepest sympathy. Aunt Marilyn was such a sweet lady...she always made time for me and truly wanted to know how I was doing. She always made me feel so special. I have really enjoyed talking with her at church, and will miss that.  She taught us so much in life and her strong faith is, and always will be, an inspiration. She was a wonderful teacher and always had enough love to go around. 

I love you Aunt Marilyn, rest in peace. I will miss you.

She had such a positive attitude even through her most difficult struggles with health. We always looked forward to seeing her and the rest of the family Memorial weekend. Words are not sufficient to express the sadness we are feeling over the passing of a dear, and well loved member of our family.  Please know that thoughts and prayers go out to each of you, Uncle Don, and cousins, Don, Pat, Nancy and Deb....and all your families.  The fond memories we all share will live on in our hearts.  I will never forget the great kindness and caring, and all the love and support I received from dear Aunt Marilyn over my lifetime, especially when she took such wonderful care of our whole family when my brother Tom died over 30 years ago. 

 I will always remember that warm smile, easy laugh, and persistent positive outlook on life through the challenges she faced.   Please know that you are all warmly held in my heart during these difficult days, and that my thoughts and prayers will be for your comfort, at this time of great sadness.  I will not be able to be there in person for you, but I hope you all know that my heart is there with you all, and that I will honor Marilyn's memory and the legacy of love she has nurtured in all of us who were loved so well by her kind and generous spirit.  I hope the caring and concern we all share brings you comfort in the knowledge she is with the angels now, and that her spirit lives on in our hearts.
