William David “Billy” Perry, 65, passed away September 28, 2021. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, James David Perry, Jr. and Carolyn Mae Perry. He is survived by his siblings, Rosemary Greer(Kenny), Rick Perry(Sharon), and Ron Perry; and a host of extended family. Arrangements are entrusted to Family Funeral Care and services will be announced at a later date.
