William E. Horn

William Edward “Ed” Horn, 88 of Memphis passed away November 17, 2014. Ed was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church where he served as Chairman of Transportation Committee and with security at the church. He served in the United States Army during WWII, and retired from the Defense Logistics Agency. Ed was also a member of the Masonic Unity Lodge serving for 50 years. Ed is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Wardlow Horn; children, Randy Horn (Debbie) of Cordova, TN, Pat Ossorio (Jess) of Germantown, TN, Brad Horn (Tammy) of Columbia, TN, Lisa Wolfe (Sam) of Hendersonville, TN; one sister, Joyce Ann Neely (Ronnie) of Martin, TN; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roosevelt and Pauline Horn and brothers, Bill and Jerry Horn and Mother-in-Law, Marie Wardlow. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21 at 12 pm at Ridgeway Baptist Church, the family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10 am at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ridgeway Baptist Church Transportation Fund or the charity of the donor’s choice.
