William Daniel Crenshaw

William Daniel “Dan” Crenshaw, 82, of Cordova, passed away on Thursday, January 01, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Edith Williams Crenshaw and his brother, David Marklin Crenshaw. Mr. Crenshaw is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Jo Ann Norris Crenshaw and two children, Julie Crenshaw Minton (Jeff) and Danny Crenshaw (Rhonda). He was a loving grandfather to eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Dan was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman. Having worked in the Mobile Home industry for 50+ years, he built a beautiful life with his wife. Dan enriched the lives of everyone that he met and he generously helped anyone in need whether stranger or friend. He will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends and relatives from 12:30pm-2pm with the funeral starting at 2pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio St., Suite 304 Chicago, IL. 60611 or a charity of choice.
